We’ll explore and practice what true leadership means, from communication and problem-solving to emotional intelligence and teamwork.
"Young Leaders!" is perfect for children eager to build confidence, enhance their leadership potential, and become future leaders!
The program consists of 6 interactive sessions where your child will learn essential leadership qualities through fun and engaging activities.
1. Introduction to Leadership: What it means to be a true leader.
2. Coaching and Leadership: The art of guiding others to success.
3. Emotional Intelligence: Understand and manage your emotions.
4. Effective Communication: Convey ideas and connect with others.
5. Goal Setting and Vision: Set and achieve SMART goals.
6. Teamwork: Collaborate and succeed together as a cohesive unit.

Starting February 5th, with sessions twice a week on Wednesday (5:30-7:30 pm UK time) and Sunday (1:00-3:00 pm UK time)!

ABOUT THE COACH
JACOB HAWSA is a certified and accredited professional Neurolanguage Coach® (US and European trademark RM Paling) – and a Licensed ELC Language Coaching Certification Trainer, certified by Efficient Language Coaching and accredited with the International Coaching Federation, ICF.
He has a Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics, specialization in Pragmatics, and 15+ years experience in education (working with Saudi Royal Air Force and The Saudi National Guard). The position of an Academic Senior Instructor at the Air Force gave Jacob the opportunity to learn about management, teamwork, facing a big audience with several and different issues and deal with that in a fast-track environment.
Jacob has completed Harvard Fundamentals of Neuroscience Programme, to gain a deeper understanding of the human brain and its functions, and Yale School of Management (Accelerated Management Programme).
