I believe & endorse that education is one profession that creates all other professions, keeping that in mind, we should also agree that in this field, we need to be self committed to learning & being curious for a lifetime, before we can lead our students down that path.

RACE is like a rainbow made up of so many talented minds with vast experience in their diverse fields.

Every coach on the RACE team has their own unique method and guide the participants using their immense teaching experience and deep knowledge of their respective field. As a result the trainee has a full picture of the topic whilst exploring it from different angles.

R.A.C.E. for me has been something very close to my heart for two different reasons.

First, the ethos R.A.C.E. has and how it would like to bring coaching into education resonates with me both on a personal and professional level. Second, on my journey to qualifying as a credentialed coach R.A.C.E. has provided me support and guidance throughout.

Our collaboration in many different projects is truly one that is genuine and full of love.

Coaching has facilitated profound experiences in both my personal and professional life and I now apply many of these principles daily. RACE have identified the need for coaching to be implemented into the educational realm, as the world needs wellbeing more than anything right now this is an acute observation.

RACE have immeasurable experience in modelling and supporting the learning and application of these methods that will reinvigorate your teaching/coaching practice.

I see R.A.C.E. as a Platform where I get connected to like- minded professionals aiming to support Education evolution into a student-centric approach, not assessment-centric.

Not only by empowering students, but extending to everyone involved in the educational process such as Teachers, Parents, and School Management.

As a parent and a teacher, R.A.C.E. has helped me understand my child’s as well as my students’ needs and emotions. It has also helped me utilize this knowledge to find effective ways to communicate with my students through empathy, dialogue, and questioning techniques.

R.A.C.E. creates common ground for parents, teachers and students to communicate effectively.

For me, R.A.C.E. represents a heartfelt mission to advance education through coaching.

I see R.A.C.E. as an agent of change, inspiring and supporting others to realize their full potential and ultimately empowering the global community to create transformative educational opportunities to enhance the learning experience of all our students which is a goal that I'm deeply passionate about.
